Yup, an exercise bike. And not just any exercise bike. This one has 16 workouts, 12 resistance levels, games, a holder for my ipod and decent speakers. What more could you ask for? I am now committed to being fit in both body and spirit. If the Holy Spirit lives in me (and He does) then I must do what I can to take care of myself, mentally and physically. I've allowed too many extra pounds to live where they should not and it's past time to evict them. I'm telling you because I need some accountability. So, let the accounting begin!
